This full-time role is all about collaboration, creativity, and community. The Programs Manager will lead the charge on CO_LAB Core (our free weekly classes in Manhattan and Brooklyn) and CO_LAB Leaders (our paid leadership program for seasoned actors).
We’re looking for someone who’s excited about inclusive producing, arts education, and disability equity. You might be a teaching artist, an arts administrator, a disability advocate—or someone who brings a unique combination of those experiences. However you got here, if you're energized by the intersection of arts and access, we want to meet you.

Teaching Artists
CO_LAB Theater Group routinely hires new Teaching Artists to develop and facilitate theater workshops for individuals with developmental disabilities. As part of our program, you will have access to a diverse array of opportunities, including multiple residencies, workshops, substitute teaching positions, social events, and professional development and training sessions.
